🍲🍽 The Szentgyörgy Cellar restaurant revives the spirit and the old spirit of the wine cellar, where many guests used to feel at home. The historic arches, intimate lighting, friendly service and traditional Transylvanian cuisine give the restaurant a unique atmosphere. One assumes that Potsa József himself would happily stop in for a hearty meal and a glass of wine. But this is a restaurant for the present, with celebrities from far and wide and smiling guests alike declaring that our dishes have retained the taste of culinary feasts of bygone eras.

🍷 According to the Potsa family traditions, good wine should be stored in suitable cellars, so the cellar was set up in the basement of the county residence building. For the nobleman from the Three Chairs/Háromszék who aspired to perfection in absolutely everything he did, the wine also had to meet a high standard of quality, because at the imperial court, as a chamberlain, he was not accustomed to taste just any kind of liqueur.
As a result, the former wine cellar enjoyed a great reputation all over the world. Time passed, and the cellar reclaimed its rights. Even today the thick walls of the cellar are still imbued with the memory of Potsa József's wonderful household.
