„We are confident that things are going to get better during the next period” – interview with Narcisa Diaconu and Maria Bunghez from Hotel Căprioara

As the next stop of our ”Visit Covasna Safe Place” campaign we visited the Căprioara Hotel and asked the CEO of the Turism Covasna Association, Narcisa Diaconu, and the marketing office manager, Maria Bunghez, about the reopening of the hotel and their recent experiences.

Can you tell us a bit about your hotel? What kind of services do you offer
With a modern and refined design, Hotel Căprioara is a new hotel capable of meeting anyone’s preferences and needs. It is one of the most well known accommodation units from the Covasna Resort, famous for its therapies for treating cardiovascular diseases. The hotel has a total of 140 rooms, consisting of four apartments, and 4 rooms for people with disabilities. We have two restaurants, two bars and two conference rooms. We’ve also recently added a playground for kids. The hotel has its own treatment facility, being the only one that has 3 mofettes. This year we’re also welcoming our guests in our new beauty center that makes use of Gerovital products.

How can tourists visiting the location spend their time? What do you recommend guests?
Valea Zânelor is located nearby, a camping site situated aproximately 5 km away from Hotel Căprioara. During this period, we recommend outdoor walks and visiting any of the nearby attractions: Valea Zânelor, famous for its picturesque area, the Valea Zânelor fortress and in the city center Balta Dracului. At the same time, we also recommend the local events from the city of Covasna. We hope that these events will continue to be held this year, even if they are smaller. We also recommend enjoying the bioclimate specific to the Covasna area and taking advantage of its healing properties.

Why can tourists feel safe in your hotel?
During this period we’ve made a number of investments and renovations before opening up the hotel. We think these improvements have also been noticed and been well received by the tourists who’ve stepped through our front doors starting this month. Their feedback has been very good.

What do you think about the future?
We are confident that things are going to get better in the near future. We’ve worked hard during this period and we’ve prepared a number of offers to attract tourists from all segments. We promise an unforgettable experience at Hotel Căprioara during the next period.
